During the web designing phase, or any launch phase any issue occurring is taken care as stated below:

Manned telephone support

Monitored email support

Planned or Emergency Onsite assistance (extra costs apply).

 

Service Requests

 

Priority 1: High Priority

Response Time: 30 minutes (business hour) after the receipt of the issue

Solution time: 0-8 hours (business hour) after the confirmation receipt

Issue type: Issue related with website downtime, and other emergency technical clutches.

 

Priority 2: Medium Priority

Response Time: 0-4 hours (business hour) after the receipt of the issue

Solution time: 0-48 hours (business hour) after the confirmation receipt

Issue Type: Any bug fixing, link error, in relation with the website pertaining to improper function of the modules.

 

Priority 3: Low Priority

Response Time: 0-8 hours (business hour) after the receipt of the issue

Solution time: 0-120 hours (business hour) after the confirmation receipt

Issue Type: Change in any web design, web formatting, new requests.

 

Additional Web Support and Maintenance:

For additional web support, depending upon the client/ business requirement, the subscription charges for a year and the frequency of the support team can be decided as per the business prospects via email or over the phone call.

 

Social Media:

Managing and continuous monitoring of the client/ business profile on the social media.

Priority 1: High Priority

Response Time: 30 minutes (business hour) after the receipt of the issue

Issue type: Adding/removing any posts, addressing the grievances of the customer relating to any comment/ removal of any comment.

 

Priority 2: Medium Priority

Response Time: 0-4 hours (business hour) after the receipt of the issue

Solution time: 0-48 hours (business hour) after the confirmation receipt

Issue Type: Any posts relating to any special occasion/events can be taken care of.

 

Priority 3: Low Priority

Response Time: 0-8 hours (business hour) after the receipt of the issue

Solution time: 0-120 hours (business hour) after the confirmation receipt

Issue Type: Any paid campaign through social media or posts/ theme running for the upcoming week can be pre-informed in advance, so the support team can look over it and can also accordingly strategize the content within the stipulated time.

 

Pay Per Click Campaign

Pay Per click campaigns to run on Google, social media platforms need a well planned strategy, so accordingly need a specific time period to frame the text ads, display ads or the video ads.
